Meet the Team Up Athletics - Katy Team!

We are so happy you ventured to our website!

My name is Wencke Payne. I originally hail from South Africa. A vibrant and sports-obsessed country. My husband (Simon) and I moved to the Katy area 10 years ago and absolutely love it here! We now have 2 boys that are very active in all things sport!

Both my husband and I grew up playing different sports. We dabbled in track and field, rugby, cricket, tennis, swimming, water polo, soccer and even horseback riding.
And because of the love for sports and always encouraging our boys to be active, we decided to take on a new adventure. We decided to branch out as entrepreneurs and
bought this franchise.

We proudly serve Katy and surrounding area for all things custom sports apparel and
equipment and primarily focus on schools, clubs, leagues, municipalities, universities
and corporate teams.

With our love for all sports, it seemed a logical choice and one that was easy to make.
We are very involved in the community of large, coaching and supporting our 2 boys in
all the sports they partake in. Swimming, football, soccer, rugby, baseball and cricket.
And then some.

Our aim is to supply local teams with affordable, uniquely designed apparel that caters
to everyone’s individual needs and tastes. As well as any business or school that needs
some unique apparel.
